8979N Speaking in Public
Module Purpose
The
purpose of the module is to assist you to be able
to give a speech or presentation of at least 20 minutes
to a work or community group.
How to use these Resources
These
resources will assist you in finding appropriate online
material to help broaden your understanding of the concepts
involved and to complete assessment events for the module.
They are meant to complement the work done in a classroom
with a teacher.
It is
strongly suggested that you browse through all of the links
before you start this topic and then come back to it and
do the activities as you progress through the various stages
or preparing and delivering your speech.
