Adult Learning Australia Inc (ALA) - for adult and community education providers and others interested in adult learning. 

Adult Literacy & Numeracy Australian Research Consortium (ALNARC) - a national collaboration between five university-based research centres.

Adult Migrant English Service NSW (AMES) - is an agency within the NSW Department of Education and Training (DET).

Australia Council for Adult Literacy (ACAL) - the national organisation for educators which promotes issues regarding policy and practice.

Australian Council of TESOL Associations (ACTA) - the national coordinating body representing teachers of English to speakers of other languages in Australia.

Australian Council of Trade Unions (ACTU) - the peak council and national centre representing the Australian workforce.

Australian Services Union (ASU) - covers service industries including local government, airlines, information technology, transport & travel.

Board of Adult & Community Education (BACE) - promotes the provision of
adult and community education in NSW.

Board of Vocational Education and Training (BVET) - oversees policy and planning and fosters partnerships between stakeholders in the NSW training system.

National Centre for Vocational Education and Research (NCVER) - Australia's principal research & evaluation organisation for Vocational Education & Training.

NSW Adult Literacy & Numeracy Council (NSWALNC) - the peak professional body in the field of adult literacy and numeracy in NSW.

NSW Department of Education and Training (DET) - coordinates the delivery of education and training services across New South Wales.

Office of Industrial Relations (OIR) - provides a wide range of information including state award pay rates.

Premier's Department - supports the NSW Premier to achieve Government objectives and also provides leadership and direction to the NSW Public Sector.

Supporting Adult & Applied Learning & Teaching (SAALT) - an information service for advice and support on adult education, specialising in adult English language, literacy and numeracy.

Vocational Education & Training Accreditation Board NSW (VETAB) - has statutory powers to register training organisations and accredit courses in the vocational education and training sector in NSW.

Workplace English Language and Literacy (WELL) programme provides Commonwealth government funding for organisations wanting to introduce English language and literacy training in the workplace.
