Association of Risk & Insurance Managers of Australia (ARIMA) - provides information and links on insurance, risk management and related matters.

Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) - aims to educate, inform and assist small business operations, in understanding your rights and responsibilities under the Trade Practices Act.

Australian Financial Review (AFR) - provides a daily analysis of the latest news from the Banking, Finance and Information Technology sector. AFR has an internet directory of business websites including many financial and banking institutions.

Australian & New Zealand Institute of Insurance & Finance (ANZIIF) - provider of insurance education, training and professional services to the financial services industry in Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific region.

Certified Practicing Accountants (CPA) - a leading Australian organisation for finance, accounting and business professionals. 

Department of Finance & Administration (DOFA) - central agency responsible for advising on and implementing many key Federal Government priorities.

Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA) - aims to raise standards in the financial services industry by fostering professional development and market integrity. (Formed by the merger of the Securities Institute of Australia and the Australian Institute of Banking & Finance.)

Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (ICAA) - the professional body representing Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Insurance Council of Australia (ICA) - represents the interests of the Australian general insurance industry by representing its members, handling issues and developing industry positions. 

National Institute of Accountants (NIA) - is a professional organisation for accountants who are recognised for their practical, hands-on skills and broad understanding of the total business environment.

Office of Financial Management (OFM) - the arm of NSW Treasury that advises the NSW Government on state financial management policy and reporting, and on economic conditions and issues.
