What we doAdministration & Legal program area designs and
maintains courses and learning resources for people working or entering the
workforce in the following areas:
Courses range from those suitable for school leavers entering the workforce, those retraining or re-entering the workforce to those already in the workforce seeking career advancement or recognition of existing skills. Courses cover a range of skills including shorthand; audio typing; word processing; electronic presentations; spreadsheets; database; bookkeeping; taking notes; organising appointments; project management; travel arrangements; providing administrative support at meetings; implementing administration systems into the office; organising conferences; managing payroll; designing enterprise documentation; communication skills. The International Students Centre assists and advises international students who would like to study in Australia on a student visa at a TAFE NSW institute, TAFE English language centre or a NSW government high school. International Students can get help at all stages, from initial enquiries through to post course completion.
