What we doProperty Services designs and maintains courses and
learning resources for the following subject areas:
Real estate & associated areas/services includes: Urban Real Estate Agents; (Live) Stock & Station Agents; Strata/Community Management Agents; Business Brokers (Agents); Buyer's Agents; On-site Residential Property Managers; Professional Real Estate Valuers. Property operations & management includes: Property operators and developers; Management of Commercial & Industrial real estate; Parking services; Land subdivision and development; Non-financial asset hiring and leasing; Machinery and equipment hiring & leasing. Conveyancing & commercial agency practice includes: Property/Real Estate Transfer Agents; Debt Collection Agents. Security & related services includes: Asset Security Guarding and crowd control; Security Control Room Operations; Security Risk Management; Private Investigation Services/Agents. TAFE NSW is the largest training provider of Real Estate paraprofessionals in NSW, with courses being recognised by the State licencing authorities as the 'benchmark' qualification for all Property licencing and regulatory requirements. The International Students Centre assists and advises international students who would like to study in Australia on a student visa at a TAFE NSW institute, TAFE English language centre or a NSW government high school. International Students can get help at all stages, from initial enquiries through to post course completion.
