Australian Hydrographic Service - responsible for the publication and distribution of nautical charts and other information required for the safety of ships.

Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) - enhances efficiency in the delivery of safety and other services to the Australian maritime industry.

Australian Shipowners Association (ASA) - works to promote the interests of Australia ship owners and operators, ship managers and towage operators.

Australian Transport Safety Bureau (ATSB) - the prime agency for transport safety investigations.

International Association of Lighthouse Authorities (IALA) - ensures that movements of vessels are safe, cost effective & protect the environment.

 Road Transport

Austroads - association of Australian and New Zealand road transport and traffic authorities and aims to improve road and road transport outcomes.

National Transport Commission (NTC) - improves transport productivity, efficiency, safety and environmental performance and regulatory efficiency.

Roads & Traffic Authority (RTA) - the NSW State Government agency responsible for testing and licensing drivers and registering and inspecting vehicles and managing the road network.

Transport & Logistics Council (TALC) - assists the Transport and Logistics (T&L) sector of the Australian economy to improve its capacity in terms of attraction, recruitment, education, retention, career and professional development.
