Musette Molyneaux

The character Anne Shirley, from the book 'Anne of Green Gables' by 
L. M. Montgomery, inspired my turn of the century costume.

The costume features a long flowing silhouette that has been finished true to period, with delicate embroidery, lace and beading. Creating the costume both to a budget and time frame, including the time needed to research every element of this costume enhanced my total learning experience. I found watching my design come to life very fulfilling.
