I chose Dracula as my theme because I thought the possible depictions of this tale could be as varied as the imagination.

It could be represented in many ways and in any time frame and I would still be telling the same story. I chose a kind of futuristic Gothic representation using a Gothic silhouette and style, incorporating modern fabric.
The character I designed for was Mina. Dracula believed that Mina was his dead wife's reincarnation and wished to turn her into a vampire so they could be together for eternity.
A scene in the Francis Ford Coppola movie depicts a dinner where Dracula gives Mina a red dress that she wears while at the dinner. It symbolised his wish that she would soon become a vampire; red symbolising blood - the one thing that would unite them forever.
