The 2007 Fashion Technology
Showcase was the result of a year’s training in the new 'Applied Fashion Design and Technology' course.
Courses in the Fashion Technology
department focus on practical training for the Fashion
industry from product design and development through all
stages of production in both custom made and ready-to-wear
areas of the industry, and in retailing.
Students also participated in a
comprehensive work placement program, which bridges the gap
between education and industry reality.
